Abstract
Di era globalisasi saat ini persaingan bisnis semakin kompetitif. Perusahaan perlu mengetahui bagaimana memotivasi karyawannya agar bekerja lebih produktif. Motivasi erat hubungannya dengan keadilan. Karyawan yang diperlakukan secara adil akan lebih termotivasi untuk bekerja. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural. Perusahaan keluarga yang identik dengan kepemimpinan otoriter, nepotisme dan paternalistik menjadi objek yang menarik dalam penelitian ini.
Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner dan wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Syam Surya Mandiri sejumlah 379 orang dari populasi sejumlah 492 orang. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui uji F dan uji t pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05)
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara serempak keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Syam Surya Mandiri. Secara parsial, keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural juga berpengaruh signifikan pada motivasi kerja karyawan PT Syam Surya Mandiri / In the era of globalization, business competition is more competitive. Company needs to understand how to motivate their employees to work more productively. Motivation is closely related to justice. Employees who are treated fairly will be more motivated to work. This study used distributive justice and procedural justice. Family business which is related to authoritarian leadership, nepotism and paternalistic are the reasons why family business always interest as the object of study.
Research method was qualitative. Questionnaires and interviews were used to collect data. Sample of this study were employees of PT Syam Surya Mandiri. Total sample was 379. Multiple linier regression was used for hypothesis testing with 95% confidence level (α = 0.05).
The result shows that distributive justice and procedural justice effect employees motivation of PT Syam Surya Mandiri simultan. Partially, distributive justice and procedural justice were also significant effect employee motivation of PT Syam Surya Mandiri
