Abstract
Disiplin merupakan karakter yang sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh seorang siswa. Akan tetapi, berdasarkan observasi yang telah dilakukan terhadap salah satu sekolah Kristen di Bekasi, siswa ditemukan tidak disiplin dengan menggunakan alat elektronik, berbahasa yang kurang sopan dan keluar kelas tanpa izin. Melihat permasalahan ini, guru mengupayakan sikap disiplin siswa melalui penggunaan peraturan dan prosedur. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penggunaan peraturan dan prosedur untuk mengupayakan sikap disiplin siswa kelas X dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada tulisan ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Siswa yang telah jatuh ke dalam dosa harus dikembalikan dan dipersatukan dengan Allah melalui pendidikan dan peran guru sehingga mampu melakukan apa yang benar dan sesuai. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penggunaan peraturan dan prosedur dalam kelas mampu mengupayakan sikap disiplin siswa kelas X dalam mata Pelajaran ekonomi dan harus dilakukan dengan konsisten. Kesimpulannya, sikap disiplin siswa semakin teratur dan terarah. Saran kepada peneliti selanjutnya, penggunaan peraturan dan prosedur harus diterapkan dalam jangka yang panjang serta dapat menggunakan solusi atau metode lain yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa di kelas. / Discipline is a highly important characteristic for a student to possess. However, based on observations conducted at one of the Christian schools in Bekasi, it was discovered that students were lacking discipline by using electronic devices, employing inappropriate language, and leaving the classroom without permission. Recognizing this issue, teachers endeavored to instill discipline among 10th-grade students through the implementation of rules and procedures. The purpose of this research is to analyze the utilization of rules and procedures to foster discipline among 10th-grade students in the subject of economics. The research method utilized in this paper is qualitative and descriptive in nature. Students who have transgressed should be guided and reconciled with God through education and the role of teachers, enabling them to behave in a proper and appropriate manner. The research findings indicate that the consistent application of rules and procedures in the classroom can promote discipline among 10th-grade students in the field of economics. In conclusion, students discipline attitudes are becoming more organized and directed. A recommendation for future researchers is to consider the long-term implementation of rules and procedures and to explore alternative solutions or methods tailored to the specific needs of students in the classroom.
