Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kritis merupakan kegiatan berpikir tingkat tinggi yaitu menyampaikan pendapat pribadi, menyelesaikan masalah, dan bertanggung jawab. Namun, kenyataannya anak belum memiliki keterampilan berpikir kritis sesuai perkembangannya. Misalnya: tidak memberikan respons, tidak mampu menyelesaikan tugas, dan selalu membutuhkan bantuan guru. Salah satu upaya yang dapat mengupayakan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa PAUD yaitu penerapan media pembelajaran LKS. Tujuan penulisan ini yaitu memaparkan kajian penggunaan media pembelajaran LKS dalam mengupayakan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada siswa PAUD. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif berdasarkan data portofolio PPL 2. Langkah-langkah penerapan media pembelajaran LKS, yaitu: 1) Menentukan tujuan pembelajaran, 2) Materi, 3) Elemen, 4) Pemeriksaan, dan 5) Penyempurnaan. Keterampilan berpikir kritis anak secara penuh berasal dari Allah, sehingga anak bergantung secara penuh kepada kehendak Allah. Filsafat terkait keterampilan berpikir kritis yang diangkat yaitu filsafat epistemologi. Berdasarkan semua bukti yang penulis dapatkan setelah penerapan media pembelajaran LKS di kelas PAUD selama tiga sesi, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran LKS dapat mengupayakan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada siswa PAUD. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui refleksi mengajar penulis yang tertera pada lampiran 2. Saran dari penulis untuk peneliti selanjutnya yaitu dapat memaparkan lebih mendalam lagi mengenai setiap indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis anak menggunakan instrumen penelitian yang lebih detail. Selain itu, guru juga dapat mengembangkan penerapan LKS yang lebih kreatif dan bervariasi untuk mengupayakan keterampilan berpikir pada PAUD./ Critical thinking skills are high level thinking activities, express an opinion, solving problems, and taking responsibility. However, in reality children do not yet have critical thinking skills according to their development. For example: Not responding, unabe to complete assignments, and always needing teacher help. One effort that can improve PAUD student's critical thinking skills is the application of LKS learning media. The purpose of this writing is to present a study of the use of LKS learning media in developing critical thinking skills in PAUD students. This writing uses a descriptive qualitative method based on PLL2 portfolio data. Steps for implementing LKS learning media, 1) Determining learning objectives, 2) Material, 3) Elements, 4) Examination, and 5) Refinement. Children's criticalthinking skills fully come from God, so that children are completely dependent on God will. The philosophy related to critical thinking skills that is raised is the philosophy of epistemology. Based on all the evidence that the author obtained after implementing LKS learning media in PAUD classes for three sessions, the author concluded that the application of LKS learning media can develop chritical thinking skills in PAUD students. This is proven through the author teaching reflection which is listed in appendix 2. The author suggestion for future suggestion for future researchers is to explain in more dept each indicator of children's critical thinking skills using more detailed research instruments. Apart from that, teachers can also develop more creative and varied applications of worksheets to develop thinking skills in PAUD.
