Abstract
Pembelajaran yang diterapkan di dalam kelas hendaknya mampu membawa siswa semakin mengenal Kristus dalam setiap proses belajar. Penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat siswa dapat membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran sehingga menghasilkan suatu
pembelajaran efektif yang mampu menumbuhkan motivasi belajar pada siswa. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan makalah penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas II sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Model pembelajaran yang diterapkan di dalam kelas sangat penting untuk terus mengarahkan siswa semakin mengenal Allah di dalam pembelajaran transformatif sehingga menimbulkan motivasi kepada siswa untuk terus terdorong semakin memahami setiap kebenaran didasarkan Alkitab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan di dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe
jigsaw mampu menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui kegiatan diskusi yang dilakukan bersama kelompok sehingga siswa dapat saling berbagi pemahaman serta pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan semangat di dalam proses belajar. Peneliti
berikutnya disarankan dapat membangun relasi lebih dengan siswa agar mengetahui penyebab permasalahan, membuat ceklist indikator motivasi, dan menyusun materi serta media pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan menarik bagi siswa./
Learning applied in the classroom should be able to bring students to know Christ more deeply in every learning process. Applying a learning model that suits students'needs and interests can help teachers in delivering learning material so as to produce effective learning that is able to foster learning motivation in students.The aim of writing this research makalah penelitian is to determine the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model to foster learning motivation in grade 2 elementary school students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The learning model applied in the classroom is very important to continue to direct students to get to know God better in transformative learning so as to create motivation for students to continue to be encouraged to understand every truth based on the Bible. The results of the research show that the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model is able to foster students' learning motivation through discussion activities carried out with groups so that students can share understanding and knowledge with each other to increase enthusiasm in the learning process. It is recommended that future researchers build more relationships with students to find out the causes of problems, create a checklist of 2 motivation indicators, and prepare learning materials and media that are more creative and interesting for students.
