Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam industri perbankan, termasuk penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking. Aplikasi mobile banking telah menjadi sarana yang sangat penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan perbankan konsumen modern. Dalam konteks ini, Blu by BCA Digital telah menjadi salah satu aplikasi mobile banking yang populer di kalangan mahasiswa di wilayah Tangerang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dalam penggunaan mobile banking, mengetahui hubungan antara faktor seperti biaya, loyalitas, kenyamanan, kemanan, keunggulan relatif, dan responsivitas pada kepuasan pelanggan, dan memastikan retensi untuk membangun strategi promosi yang tepat untuk mendapatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deduktif. Mencakup 400 responden, Sampel merupakan mahasiswa yang sedang berada di perguruan tinggi dengan lokasi Tangerang, Indonesia. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu non- probability dengan convenience sampling. Sistem pengambilan data menggunakan
metode kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan software Smart PLS 4.0.9.6 dengan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).
