Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurial family background, effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, dan entrepreneurial personality traits secara langsung terhadap entrepreneurial intentions dari Mahasiswa/i Indonesia. subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 186 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa S1 dari berbagai jurusan dan berbagai daerah di Indonesia, yang sedang berkuliah pada tahun ketiga ataupun tahun terakhir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.6. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial family background, effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, dan entrepreneurial personality traits berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial family background memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dalam memoderasi hubungan antara effectiveness of entrepreneurship education terhadap entrepreneurial intentions. / This study aims to analyze the effects of entrepreneurial family background, effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurial personality traits on entrepreneurial intentions on Indonesian students. The subjects of this study consists of 186 respondents, coming from different majors and locations studying in their third or final year. This research is using the quantitative research method and collecting samples using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS application on version 4.0.9.6. The result shows that entrepreneurial family background, effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurial personality traits has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial family background has a negative and significant influence in moderating the relation between effectiveness of entrepreneurship education towards entrepreneurial intentions.
