Abstract

Setelah dunia sudah melewati pandemi Covid-19, banyak perusahaan mulai menerapkan sistem kerja yang baru, yaitu hybrid working, dimana adanya perpaduan antara work from home (WFH) dan work from office (WFO). Pada sistem kerja tradisional, yaitu WFO, ditemukan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara job performance dengan job satisfaction. Namun, dengan adanya perubahan pada sistem kerja, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara job performance dengan job satisfaction pada karyawan yang sedang menjalani hybrid working. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara job performance dengan job satisfaction karyawan hybrid working. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan yang menjalani sistem hybrid working yang berjumlah 64 partisipan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen penelitian Individual Work Performance Questionnaire dan Job Satisfaction Survey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara job performance dan job satisfaction (rs=.220, p=.080 (p>.05))
