Abstract
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menyelidiki dampak bekerja dari rumah pada keterikatan kerja karyawan, dengan mempertimbangkan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dengan memakai pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartsPLS 4.0.9.6. Fenomena bekerja dari rumah semakin menjadi bagian integral dari dunia kerja modern, dan dampaknya terhadap keterikatan kerja membutuhkan pemahaman yang lebih dalam. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam analisis ini yaitu semua karyawan di Jabodetabek, karyawan yang pernah/sedang bekerja dari rumah dan memiliki
pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun. Jumlah minimal sampel yang akan diambil adalah 160 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini ditujukan bisa memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik mengenai sejauh mana kebijakan bekerja dari rumah mempengaruhi tingkat keterikatan karyawan. / This study aims to investigate the effect of working from home on employee work attachment, by considering work-life balance and work stress as mediating variables using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach with the help of SmartsPLS 4.0.9.6 software. The phenomenon of working from home is increasingly becoming an integral part of the modern world of work, and its impact on work attachment requires a deeper understanding. This research method involves collecting quantitative data through questionnaires. The population in this study is all employees in Jabodetabek, employees who have / are working from home and have at least 2 years of working experience. The minimum number of samples to be taken is 160 respondents with a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the extent to which work from home policies affect employee engagement levels.
