Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Platform Support (PS), Official Department Support (ODS), Entrepreneurial Skills (ES), Uncertainty avoidance thinking (UAT), dan The Motivation To Build Online-Startups On LSPs (MBO) terhadap Develop Online-Startups On LSP (DOS) pada mahasiswa di Tangerang. Subjek dari penelitian ini berjumlah 170 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa S1 di Tangerang serta telah menggunakan platform online selama minimal 1 tahun ataupun memiliki niat untuk menggunakan platform online untuk melakukan usaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis varian dengan Partial Least Squares (PLS) path modelling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan maka penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PS tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap MBO, ODS tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap MBO, ODS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PS, ODS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ES, ES berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap MBO, UAT tidak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap MBO, dan MBO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap DOS / The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Platform Support (PS), Official Department Support (ODS), Entrepreneurial Skills (ES), Uncertainty avoidance thinking (UAT), and Motivation To Build Online-Startups On LSPs (MBO) on Developing Online-Startups On LSP (DOS) among university students in Tangerang. The subjects of this study consist of 170 respondents who are undergraduate students in Tangerang and have been using online platforms for a minimum of 1 year or have the intention to use online platforms for business purposes. This research adopts a quantitative approach with sampling conducted through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis is carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance with Partial Least Squares (PLS) path modeling. Based on the results of the analysis, this study indicates that PS does not have a positive and significant effect on MBO, ODS does not have a positive and significant effect on MBO, ODS has a positive and significant effect on PS, ODS has a positive and significant effect on ES, ES has a positive and significant effect on MBO, UAT does not have a negative and significant effect on MBO, and MBO has a positive and significant effect on DOS.
