Abstract
Pada era saat ini, karyawan merupakan salah satu sumber daya atau unit yang dibutuhkan oleh setiap perusahaan. Perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan untuk dapat membantu dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Apabila kinerja karyawan baik maka akan berdampak baik pula bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan non-probability sampling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kerjasama tim, dan kepuasan kerja secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan swasta industri makanan dan minuman di kota Tangerang, dan secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 215 responden melalui metode kuesioner. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) melalui bantuan software SmartPLS 4.0.9.6. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, kerjasama tim, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi kepuasan kerja / In the current era, employees are one of the resources or units needed by every company. Companies need employees to be able to help achieve company goals. If employee performance is good, it will also have a good impact on the company. This research is a type of quantitative research with a non-probability sampling approach. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, teamwork, and job satisfaction directly on the performance of private employees in the food and beverage industry in Tangerang city, and indirectly through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The total sample in this study was 215 respondents using the questionnaire method. The sample collection method using purposive sampling with the Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis technique with the help of SmartPLS 4.0.9.6 software. The results of this research found that transformational leadership, teamwork, and job satisfaction have a direct positive effect on employee performance. Then, transformational leadership and teamwork have an indirect positive effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction
