Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh online brand community, emotional energy, dan spiritual identification terhadap customer citizenship behavior pada pengguna aplikasi Female Daily di Jabodetabek. Tipe penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan unit analisis individual. Penelitian mengambil sampel secara non probabilitas, dengan teknik purposive sampling, kriteria spesifik yang ditetapkan penelitian ini untuk menjadi responden penelitian yaitu responden merupakan aplikasi Female Daily di Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner elektronik yaitu Google Form yang disebarkan secara online. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM- PLS, menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3.0. Penelitian melakukan analisis data yang bersumber dari 300 responden. Penelitian melakukan analisis data untuk memperoleh informasi statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat atau seluruh hipotesis penelitian didukung, online brand community secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap customer citizenship behavior baik secara langsung maupun dengan peran mediasi emotional energy, dan spiritual identification pada pengguna aplikasi Female Daily di Jabodetabek.
