Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Entrepreneurial Education
terhadap Self-Efficacy, untuk menganalisis pengaruh Entrepreneurial Education
terhadap entrepreneurial attitude, untuk menganalisis pengaruh Self-Efficacy
terhadap entrepreneurial attitude, untuk menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurial
attitude terhadap Entrepreneurial Mindset, untuk menganalisis pengaruh
Entrepreneurial Education terhadap Entrepreneurial Mindset, untuk menganalisis
pengaruh Self-Efficacy terhadap Entrepreneurial Mindset Gen Z di kawasan
Jabodetabek. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian
kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel
pada penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 160 generasi z yang pernah
belajar Entrepenership. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive
sampling. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah Entrepreneurial Education berpengaruh
positif terhadap Self – Efficacy diterima. Entrepreneurial Education berpengaruh
positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Attitude, diterima. Self – Efficacy berpengaruh
positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Attitude, ditolak. yaitu Entrepreneurial Attitude
berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Mindset, diterima. Entrepreneurial
Education berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Mindset, diterima. SelfEfficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Mindset, ditolak.
