Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat kewirausahaan sosial pada konteks kota metropolitan Jakarta. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh empathy, moral obligation, self efficacy dan social support, terhadap social entrepreneurial intention pada konteks kota metropolitan Jakarta. Selain itu penelitian ini juga meneliti pengaruh experience terhadap social. / This study aims to identify the factors that influence social entrepreneurial intentions in the context of the Jakarta metropolitan city. Specifically, this study examines the influence of empathy, moral obligation, self-efficacy and social support on social entrepreneurial intention in the context of the metropolitan city of Jakarta. In addition, this study also examines the effect of experience on social entrepreneurial intention through the mediation of empathy, moral obligation, self�efficacy and social support. The approach used in this study is quantitative methods and the data collection method is electronic questionnaires using Google Form. The sample collected for this research as data is fashion MSME entrepreneur, who domiciled in the city of Jakarta, Indonesia. This study conducted data analysis using the PLS-SEM analysis method with research data collected from 160 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS 4 application. As the result, there is a positive and significant influence between empathy, moral obligation, and self�efficacy on social entrepreneurial intention. This study also found that empathy, moral obligation, and self-efficacy mediate the influence of experience on social entrepreneurial intention. Finally, this study found that the effect of social support on social entrepreneurial intention and mediation of social support on the effect of experience on social entrepreneurial intention are insignificant. entrepreneurial intention melalui mediasi empathy, moral obligation, self efficacy dan social support. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner elektronik menggunakan Google Form. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian sebagai data merupakan pelaku usaha UMKM fashion, yang berdomisili di Kota Jakarta, Indonesia. Penelitian melakukan analisis data dengan metode analisis PLS-SEM dengan data penelitian yang berasal dari 160 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara empathy, moral obligation, dan self efficacy terhadap social entrepreneurial intention. Kemudian penelitian ini juga mendapatkan hasil bahwa empathy, moral obligation, dan self efficacy memediasi pengaruh experience terhadap social entrepreneurial intention. Terakhir, penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa pengaruh antara social support terhadap social entrepreneurial intention dan mediasi social support pada pengaruh experience terhadap ocial entrepreneurial intention tidak signifikan.
