Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk bisa mengetahuii hubungan social media terhadap brand image, brand awareness, brand trust, brand loyalty, dan Willingness to pay pada bengkel dokter mobil. Bengkel dokter mobil merupakan bengkel yang cukup aktif di dalam kegiatan social media dan bengkel itu bisa bertahan sampai saat ini. Pengerjaan penelitian ini saya lakukan pada tahun 2023, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pembagian kuesioner online yang melalui google form kepada kurang lebih sebanyak 500 responden dan dilakukan olah daya dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil dalam penelitin ini menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan antara social media terhadap brand awareness, brand image, brand trust, brand loyalty, dan Willingness to pay yang positif
