Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis dampak Big Five Personality Traits dan Entrepreneurial Education terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention pada Generasi Z (Gen Z) di Kota Tangerang, dengan Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship sebagai mediator. Latar belakang penelitian didorong oleh potensi besar Indonesia dalam pengembangan usaha, terutama mengingat dominasi populasi oleh Gen Z dan Milenial. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan mengenai hubungan Big Five Personality Traits, Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship, dan Entrepreneurial Education terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Metode kuesioner elektronik digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden Gen Z di Kota Tangerang. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 193 responden.Analisis data melibatkan model pengukuran meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji hipotesis melalui penerapan model outer dan inner menggunakan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dukungan terhadap semua hipotesis, dengan Big Five Personality Traits dan Entrepreneurial Education memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention. Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship juga terbukti memediasi hubungan antara Big Five Personality Traits dan Entrepreneurial Intention, serta Entrepreneurial Education dan Entrepreneurial Intention. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dengan menyoroti Big Five Personality Traits sebagai faktor kunci yang memengaruhi intensi berwirausaha, serta menekankan peran pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam membentuk niat berwirausaha. / This research ambition to analyse the impact of the Big Five Personality Traits and Entrepreneurial Education on Entrepreneurial Intention in Generation Z (Gen Z) in Tangerang City, with Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship as a mediator. The research background is driven by Indonesia's great potential in business development, especially considering the population dominance by Gen Z and Millennials. In this context, research fills the knowledge gap regarding the relationship between the Big Five Personality Traits, Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial Education on entrepreneurial intentions. The electronic questionnaire method was used to collect data from Gen Z respondents in Tangerang City. The subjects of this research were 193 respondents. Data analysis involved measurement models including validity and reliability tests as well as hypothesis testing through the application of outer and inner models using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the research showed support for all hypotheses, with the Big Five Personality Traits and Entrepreneurial Education having a positive influence on Entrepreneurial Intention. Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship is also proven to mediate the relationship between Big Five Personality Traits and Entrepreneurial Intention, as well as Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Intention. This research contributes by highlighting the Big Five Personality Traits as key factors influencing entrepreneurial intentions, as well as emphasizing the role of entrepreneurship education in shaping entrepreneurial intentions.
