Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui syarat – syarat legalitas yang wajib dipenuhi perusahaan pengelola rekening bersama dengan sistem escrow service dalam transaksi elektronik dan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen (penjual dan pembeli ) yang menggunakan jasa rekening bersama dengan sistem escrow service dalam transaksi elektronik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif yakni upaya mencari penyelesaian masalah dengan meneliti dan mengkaji norma hukum positif dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa syarat – syarat legalitas perusahaan rekening bersama memenuhi ketentuan yang berlaku bagi perusahaan baik berbentuk CV maupun PT dan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen ada dalam UU ITE, KUH Perdata, UU PK. / Business development in the world faster and faster , especially supported by information technology internet .
