Background: Multiple trauma is a severe injury that occurs in two or more parts of the body or organ systems that can cause various physical impacts up to death. Revised Trauma Score (RTS) is a trauma scoring system based on physiological conditions. RTS is most commonly performed immediately prior to hospital admission or while in the emergency room to assess the severity or prognosis of trauma. Aim of Research: This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the Revised Trauma Score (RTS) and the mortality of multiple trauma patients at Siloam Hospital Lippo Village. Methods: This research used a cross-sectional study design. Data collection was obtained from the patient's medical records. A total of 104 patients were analyzed for inclusion and exclusion criteria, then 76 data were completed and 28 other patients met the exclusion criteria. The data that was obtained was then tested statistically using the chi-square test. Results: Based on the research results, it is shown that the P value = 0.000 (p-value < 0.05) with an OR value (95% CI) = 50,400 (5,738-442,652). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the Revised Trauma Score (RTS) and mortality in multitrauma patients at Siloam Lippo Village Hospital.
