Prisma Pharma Internusa merupakan perusahaan keluarga yang bergerak pada industri farmasi yang mampu bertahan selama pandemi COVID – 19 terjadi. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT. Prisma Pharma Internusa adalah supply obat berkurang karena customer mencari obat yang gejala Covid saja sedangkan persediaan yang ada tidak banyak karena banyak permintaan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keunggulan kompetitif yang dimiliki PT. Prisma Pharma Internusa yang hingga kini masih terus berjuang untuk berkompetisi di persaingan yang ada. Penelitian single study case ini akan dilakukan secara kualitatif, dimana proses pengumpulan data akan dilakukan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, serta catatan lapangan dengan informan yang berasal dari PT. Prisma Pharma Internusa yang diharapkan dapat membantu dan mendukung dalam menyusun Mini – Model Theory. Mini – Model Theory yang disusun diharapkan dapat membantu PT. Pelaku dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Prisma Pharma Internusa is that the supply of medicines is decreasing because customers are looking for medicines for Covid symptoms only, while the existing supply is not much because there is a lot of demand. The research was conducted with the aim of finding out the competitive advantages of PT. Prisma Pharma Internusa is still struggling to compete in the existing competition. This single case study research will be carried out qualitatively, where the data collection process will be carried out using interviews, observations and field notes with informants from PT. Prisma Pharma Internusa is expected to be able to help and support in compiling the Mini - Model Theory. The Mini – Theory Model that has been prepared is expected to help PT.
