HUBUNGAN SUBTIPE STROKE DENGAN FUNGSI KOGNITIF PADA PASIEN STROKE ISKEMIK DI RSU SILOAM LIPPO VILLAGE ( xv + 84 halaman: 8 tabel, 3 bagan, 4 lampiran ) Latar Belakang : Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian kedua dan penyebab disabilitas di dunia serta menyebabkan adanya defisit neurologi termasuk penurunan fungsi kognitif. Prevalensi stroke di Indonesia masih banyak terjadi dan merupakan penyakit yang menyebabkan kematian utama. Pembagiannya antara lain: Lacunar Infark (LACI), Partial Anterior Circulation Infarct ( PACI), Posterior Circulation Infarct ( POCI), dan Total Anterior Circulation Infact ( TACI). Tujuan penelitian : Untuk mengetahui perbedaan rerata antara subtipe stroke iskemik dengan fungsi kognitif pada pasien stroke iskemik di RSU Siloam Lippo Village Karawaci. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi potong melintang dan termasuk penelitian analitik. Besar sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 40 pasien stroke iskemik. Pengambilan data dilakukan mulai dari bulan Februari 2023 sampai dengan Maret 2023 dengan menggunakan kuisioner MoCA-Ina untuk menilai fungsi kognitif pasien stroke iskemik. Uji statistik akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Sciences ( SPSS) versi 27.0. Hasil : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara subtipe stroke ( sistem anterior dan sistem posterior) dengan fungsi kognitif pada pasien stroke iskemik dengan P-value 0,000 dimana fungsi kognitif pasien dengan gangguan di anterior lebih besar dibandingkan di posterior. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara subtipe stroke dengan fungsi kognitif pada pasien stroke iskemik di Rumah Sakit Siloam Karawaci dengan fungsi kognitif terutama pada domain kognitif bahasa, delayed recall, abstraksi, dan atensi. Objective : To determine the mean difference between ischemic stroke subtypes and cognitive function in ischemic stroke patients at Siloam RSU Lippo Village Karawaci. Method : This study uses a cross-sectional study method and includes analytical research. The sample size in this study was 40 ischemic stroke patients. Data collection was carried out from February 2023 to March 2023 using the MoCA-Ina questionnaire to assess the cognitive function of ischemic stroke patients. Statistical tests will be carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application version 27.0. Result : There is a significant relationship between stroke subtypes and cognitive function in ischemic stroke patients with a P-value of 0.000 where the cognitive function of patients with impaired anteriority is greater than that of posterior. Conclusion : There is a relationship between stroke subtypes and cognitive function in ischemic stroke patients at Siloam Karawaci Hospital with significant cognitive function in the anterior and posterior components of language, delayed recall, abstraction, and attention.
