Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hipotesis dan menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan dan kesiapan organisasi terhadap keberhasilan transformasi digital dengan budaya perusahaan sebagai variabel mediasi di PT High Volt Technology. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif pengujian hipotesis. Target populasi yang akan menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT High Volt Technology. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel (Teknik sampling) yaitu teknik sensus dengan kuesioner. Metode Analisis Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan dua metode analisis yang berbeda, yaitu metode multiple regression dan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya perusahaan di PT High Volt Technology. Artinya Semakin tinggi keterlibatan karyawan akan meningkatkan budaya perusahaan yang semakin baik, kesiapan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya perusahaan. Artinya semakin baik kesiapan organisasi, maka akan semakin meningkatkan budaya perusahaan, keterlibatan Karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Transformasi Digital. Artinya baik buruknya keterlibatan karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan transformasi digital, kesiapan Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Terhadap Keberhasilan Transformasi Digital. Artinya semakin baik kesiapan organisasi, maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan transformasi digital, budaya perusahaan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan transformasi digital di PT High Volt Technology. Artinya semakin baik implementasi budaya perusahaan maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan transformasi digital, budaya perusahaan tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan terhadap keberhasilan transformasi digital di PT High Volt Technology. Artinya budaya perusahaan tidak dapat menjadi penghubung antara keterlibatan karyawan dengan keberhasilan transformasi digital dan budaya perusahaan tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kesiapan organisasi terhadap keberhasilan transformasi digital di PT High Volt Technology. Artinya budaya perusahaan tidak dapat menjadi penghubung antara kesiapan organisasi dengan keberhasilan transformasi digital.

The aim of this research is to test hypotheses and analyze the influence of employee involvement and organizational readiness on the success of digital transformation with company culture as a mediating variable at PT High Volt Technology. This research is a type of quantitative research that tests hypotheses. The target population that will be the focus of this research is all employees who work at PT High Volt Technology. In this study, a sampling technique was used, namely a census technique with a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is two different analysis methods, namely the multiple regression method and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method.The results of this research show that employee involvement has a positive effect on corporate culture at PT High Volt Technology. This means that the higher employee involvement will improve the company culture, the organizational readiness has a positive effect on company culture. This means that the better the organization's readiness, the more company culture will improve. Employee involvement does not have a significant effect on the success of Digital Transformation. This means that whether employee involvement is good or bad has no effect on the success of digital transformation, organizational readiness has a positive effect on the success of digital transformation. This means that the better the organization's readiness, the greater the success of digital transformation. Company culture does not have a positive effect on the success of digital transformation at PT High Volt Technology. This means that the implementation of a better company culture will increase the success of digital transformation, company culture cannot mediate the influence of employee involvement on the success of digital transformation at PT High Volt Technology. This means that corporate culture cannot be a link between employee involvement and the success of digital transformation and corporate culture cannot mediate the influence of organizational readiness on the success of digital transformation at PT High Volt Technology. This means that company culture cannot be the link between organizational readiness and the success of digital transformation.
