Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Social Capital, Entrepreneurial Attitude Orientation dan Psychological Capital terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention pengusaha pemula di Kota Manado. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dengan responden pengusaha pemula yang sudah menjalankan bisnis minimal 6 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social capital berpengaruh positif terhadap psychchological capital, psychological capital berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurial intention, dan psychological capital dapat memediasi hubungan antara social capital terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Namun, social capital dan psychological tidak berpengaruh terhadap entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial attitude orientation tidak berpengaruh terhadap psychological capital dan psychological capital tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara entrepreneurial attitude orientation terhadap entrepreneurial intention. / This research aims to analyze the influence of Social Capital, Entrepreneurial Attitude Orientation and Psychological Capital on the Entrepreneurial Intention of novice entrepreneurs in Manado City. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling with respondents who were novice entrepreneurs who had been running a business for at least 6 months. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 72 respondents using a questionnaire data collection method. Data processing uses Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research results show that social capital has a positive effect on psychological capital, psychological capital has an effect on entrepreneurial intention, and psychological capital can mediate the relationship between social capital and entrepreneurial intention. However, social and psychological capital have no effect on entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial attitude orientation has no effect on psychological capital and psychological capital cannot mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial attitude orientation and entrepreneurial intention.
