Abstract
In this test, the testing will be done in online and offline. In online testing will be done with 4 different ISPs, which are Bolt, Hypernet, Fastnet and Hypernet. Each ISP have different speed and there is also an ISP that have download and upload that fast enough, but still unstable. In the online test will be used MySQL in phpMyAdmin. In offline testing will be used MySQL Workbench. Data collecting in the use of online databases in phpMyAdmin is done by using a stopwatch, everything is accurate and precise, without any changes. The data collecting for using offline database in MySQL Workbench is displayed directly on the MySQL Workbench application itself. Online and offline testing are done by creating
store procedure and different create view. Each tests in the store procedure and create view are done 30 times
From the results of this study, can be demonstrated that ISP plays a significant role in running the database in phpMyAdmin, a stable ISP also very affecting the
performance of the database in phpMyAdmin. The use of store procedure that is simple and complex also affecting the performance of the database
