Abstract
Telemedicine adalah solusi yang berkembang pesat dalam upaya pemerataan layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penggunaan aplikasi Halodoc, layanan telemedicine yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar, kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi ini dapat mempengaruhi niat pengguna untuk terus menggunakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh berbagai faktor, seperti performance expectancy, perceived need, perceived value, dan perceived ease of use, terhadap patient satisfaction dan continuance intention terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Halodoc. Data dari 312 responden dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, perceived need, perceived value, dan perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patient satisfaction. Selain itu, performance expectancy, perceived ease of use, dan patient satisfaction juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention pengguna aplikasi Halodoc.
