Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang begitu pesat telah merambah
hampir semua segi kehidupan masyarakat termasuk dalam bidang kesehatan. Maraknya klinik di kota-kota yang berkembang secara tidak langsung menyatakan
bahwa keberadaan instansi ini memiliki andil dalam meningkatkan kesehatan
masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu sebuah klinik sudah seharusnya memiliki pelayanan
yang prima sehingga mampu meningkatkan efektifitas serta efisiensi waktu dalam
pelayanan terhadap pasien. Banyak cara untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap
pasien salah satunya melakukan perombakan terhadap sistem yang dianggap
mampu meningkatkan efektifitas serta efisiensi waktu pelayanan terhadap pasien.
Pencatatan manual pada beberapa klinik sudah selayaknya diganti dengan
penggunaan sistem yang telah terintegrasi dengan sistem pada klinik.
Solusi untuk mengatasi kurangnya efisiensi dan efektivitas tersebut adalah
dengan menyediakan aplikasi yang mampu memanajemenkan klik pratama
dengan mengotomasi sistem yang ada menjadi sistem baru menggunakan metode
sistem development life cycle yang berbasis teknologi dan konsep client server. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, pelayanan pasien pada klinik pratama akan lebih
maksimal dengan mengurangi pencatatan data yang kurang lengkap akibat
kelalaian pekerja medis serta memudahkan dalam pengelolahan data khususnya
data pasien. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa
aplikasi dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan pada klinik pratama. Adapun fitur�fitur yang dimiliki aplikasi adalah : proses manajemen data pasien, proses
manajemen data pasien, proses manajemen data pekerja medis klinik, proses
pendaftaran pasien, proses reservasi pasien, proses pembuatan rekam medis,
proses pembelian obat berdasarkan resep dokter, proses transaksi pembayaran, proses pengambilan obat pada apotek klinik dan proses menampilkan laporan. / The rapid development of information and technologi has been reaching
almost every aspect in our society nowdays include in the area of health. The rise
of clinics in cities growing implies that the existence of these agencies have a
stake in improving public health. Therefore, a clinic should have a good patients
service so as to improve effectiveness and time efficiency in patient care. Many
ways to improve services to patients one to revamp the system that is considered
to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of patient care time. Manual recording
at some clinics are appropriately replaced with the use of a system that has been
integrated with the system at the clinic.
The solution to overcome the problems is to provide an application which
can manage pratama clinic through automating the current system to a whone new
system using development life cycle method, technology based with client server
concept. This application will improve patients service and also decreasing
uncommon record due to medical worker negligance as well as easier data
management especially patient data management.
Based on trial, application can fulfilled the needs to manage pratama
clinic. The application features are : patient data management process, medical
worker clinic data management process, patient registration process, patient
reservation process, manufacture of medical record process, decision based on
prescription medications process, payment transaction process, taking medications
on clinical pharmacy process and report viewing process.
