Abstract

Dessert merupakan makanan yang biasanya memiliki rasa manis dan disajikan diakhir untuk menyegarkan mulut dari makanan utama. Perkembangan Industri kuliner dan minat masyarakat Indonesia terhadap dessert yang meningkat, menjadikannya sebagai salah satu sarana usaha yang menjanjikan. Buku resep ini dibuat dengan tujuan menyediakan serta memperkenalkan pembaca mengenai resep dessert tradisional dari Eropa Barat, dan memberikan ide peluang usaha di bidang makanan manis untuk pembaca. Buku resep ini menghasilkan 20 resep makanan manis atau dessert yang lebih tradisional, berasal dari 4 negara yang berada di Eropa Barat, yaitu negara Inggris, Prancis, Jerman, dan Spanyol. Terdapat penjelasan singkat mengenai sejarah dari setiap resepnya. Pengumpulan data untuk penyusunan rancangan buku resep ini dilakukan dengan mencari dan mengumpulkan referensi buku-buku resep internasional. Untuk memastikan resep yang dikumpulkan dapat digunakan, penulis melakukan uji coba terhadap setiap resep dan dilakukan sebanyak lima kali uji coba. Disebarkan survei evaluasi dengan total 30 responden dan mendapatkan respon yang baik, buku resep terlihat menarik dan dapat dimengerti oleh masyarakat. Buku resep ini bisa digunakan untuk penggemar makanan manis dan dapat menjadi sarana ide usaha yang bisa dicoba di rumah dengan resep yang sudah disediakan. / Dessert is a food that usually has a sweet taste and is served at the end of the meal to freshen after main course. The development of the culinary industry and increasing interest of Indonesian people in desserts have made it a promising business opportunity. This recipe book was created with the aim of prviding and introducing readers to traditional dessert recipes from Western Europe, and providing readers with ideas for business opportunities in the field of sweet foods. This recipe book produces 20 recipes for more traditional sweet foods or desserts, originating from four countries in Western Europe, namely England, France, Germany, and Spain. There is a brief explanation of the history of each recipe. Data collcted for the preparation of this recipe book design was carried out by searching and collecting references to international recipe books. To ensure that the recipes collected could be use, the author tested each recipe and carried out five trials. An evaluation survey was distributed to a total of 30 respondents and received good responses, the recipe book looks interesting and can be understood by the public. This recipe book can be used by fans of sweet foods and can be a means of business ideas that can be tried at home with the recipes provided.
