Abstract
SMK Gema Gawita yang berlokasi di Jl. Perintis Kemerdekaan II Cikokol Tangerang, Provinsi Banten dengan luas wilayah 2.170m2.SMK Gema Gawita mempunyai empat jurusan seperti akomodasi perhotelan, jasa boga, usaha perjalanan wisata, dan multimedia. SMK Gema Gawita memiliki metode pembelajaran secara teori dan praktikum dilaksanakan dua minggu sekali atau sesuai guru yang mengajar. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh SMK Gema Gawita adalah siswa-siswi butuh metode pembelajaran lain agar siswa-siswi mendapat pengalaman belajar baru, sehingga solusi yang diberikan adalah melakukan kegiatan pelatihan dalam cara pembuatan 3 kreasi minuman buah-buahan lokal Indonesia. Persiapan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan perjanjian dengan perwakilan SMK Gema Gawita, mempersiapkan proposal, mempersiapkan booklet resep, mempersiapkan materi presentasi, alat, dan bahan, mempersiapkan konsumsi dan buah tangan untuk peserta. Jalannya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat sangat baik dan lancar sehingga membuahkan hasil yang memuaskan.
Kata Kunci : SMK Gema Gawita,Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat,Buah lokal Indonesia, Minuman / Gema Gewita Vocational School which is located at JL. Perintis Independen II Cikokol Tangerang, Banten Province with an area of 2,170m2. Gema Gawita Vocational School has four departments such as hotel accommodation, tourism business, and entertainment. Gema Gawita Vocational School has two theoretical and practical learning methods. once a week or as many times as the teacher teaches. The problem faced by Gema Gawita Vocational School is that students need other learning methods so that students can get new learning experiences. The solution given is to carry out training activities on how to make 3 local Indonesian fruit drink creations. The preparations made were to make an agreement with representatives of Gema Gawita Vocational School, prepare a proposal, prepare a recipe. Prepare presentation materials, tools and materials. Prepare food and souvenirs for participants. The course of community service activities was very good and smooth so that it produced satisfactory results.
