Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat penggunaan aplikasi Traveloka pada Generasi Z. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada individu Generasi Z. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non-probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan pembagian kuisionair kepada 160 responden Generasi Z yang kelahiran tahun 1995 hingga 2010. Proses pengolahan data dan analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling, dimana data akan dioleh menggunaan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas informasi dan kredibilitas sumber memengaruhi minat penggunaan aplikasi Traveloka secara positif dan signifikan ,sedangkan interactive engagement memengaruhi secara positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan aplikasi Traveloka.. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk memahami persepsi Generasi Z terhadap aplikasi Traveloka dalam konteks atribut dan kontennya. / This research aims to explore the factors influencing the interest in using the Traveloka application among Generation Z. The research method employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to individuals of Generation Z. The sampling technique is conducted through non-probability sampling. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to 160 Generation Z respondents born between 1995 and 2010. The data processing and analysis for this research use the Structural Equation Modeling method, where the data will be processed using SmartPLS 4. The research findings reveal that the quality of information and the credibility of the source positively and significantly influence the interest in using the Traveloka application, while interactive engagement positively influences but is not significant in relation to the interest in using the Traveloka application. These findings contribute significantly to understanding the perceptions of Generation Z regarding the Traveloka application in the context of its attributes and content.
