Abstract

Online Business is mainly an electronic business that all the business activity regarding buying & selling of the product or service handled through internet. One of the most profitable business are food industry such as snacks because food can generate high income with low investment, other than that food is also essential for everyone. PT Bintang Mandiri Citra Jaya is a company that specialize in food industry such as snacks with a brand of Macaroni Factory. This company grow rapidly in food industry especially in the online business. Marketing and customer service team on this company is trying to create an images of snack premium and use marketing strategy through social media within making a good relationship with customer and vendor. Marketing and customer service intent to create a brand images and also create a customer trust towards the company. A good brand image can help public to know more about the product and build positive relationship with the consumer. The company already do good and maximal efforts towards the role of marketing public relations in managing Macaroni Factory./ Bisnis online merupakan salah satu bisnis yang kerap menjadi buah bibir dan menjadi trend dikalangan masyarakat. Bisnis online yang sering kita kenal dengan online shop adalah sebuah proses jual beli barang atau bahkan jasa dari penjual kepada konsumen tanpa pelayan dan hanya melalui media internet saja. Bisnis kuliner ialah salah satu bisnis terlaris dari sekian banyak bisnis online yang paling banyak digemari. Bisnis makanan sangat berpotensi besar dikarenakan bisnis ini dapat menghasilkan pendapatan yang cukup tinggi dan makanan merupakan sumber kebutuhan pokok yang utama bagi setiap orang PT. Bintang Mandiri Citra Jaya merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang kuliner makanan ringan yang dikenal sebagai Macaroni Factory. Perusahaan ini telah berkembang pesat dalam dunia bisnis kuliner terutama dalam segi jual beli online dibagian distribusi dan perdagangan ritel makanan ringan. Peranan Marketing and Customers Service pada perusahaan ini berupa menciptakan images ’snack premium’ dan menggunakan media pemasaran melalui media sosial serta menjaga relasi baik dengan konsumen dan vendor. Marketing and Customer Service bertujuan untuk menciptakan brand images serta menumbuhkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap perusahaan. Images yang dikemas dengan baik akan lebih mudah menyadarkan masyarakat akan kehadiran produk juga menjalin hubungan positif dengan konsumen. Perusahaan ini telah melaksanakan peranan Marketing Public Relatios dengan baik dan maksimal.
