Abstract
Niat berkunjung kembali adalah saat para pelanggan memiliki kesan yang positif terhadap lokasi yang dikunjungi, bersama dengan keinginan untuk kembali dan sikap untuk merekomendasikan tempat tersebut kepada orang lain. Dalam meningkatkan niat berkunjung kembali beberapa faktor dapat membantu seperti familiaritas, lokasi, dan kualitas makanan. Tujuan dari penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh familiaritas, lokasi, dan kualitas makanan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali dari beberapa rumah makan yang legendaris di Jakarta Barat. Tahapan pada penelitian ini dimulai dengan kajian teoretis yang kemudian dilanjut dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk para pelanggan yang sudah mengunjungi beberapa rumah makan di daerah Jakarta Barat. Kemudian hasil dari kuesioner tersebut dikelola yang menyimpulkan bahwa familiaritas dan kualitas makanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali. Lokasi tetap memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat berkunjung kembali tetapi pengaruh tersebut tidak signifikan./ Revisit intentions are when customers have a positive impression of the location visited, along with a desire to return and an attitude to recommend the place to others. In increasing revisit intentions, several factors can help such as familiarity, location, and food quality. The purpose of this descriptive quantitative research is to analyze the influence of familiarity, location, and food quality on the intention to visit again from several legendary restaurants in the West Jakarta area. The stages of the study began with a theoretical study which was then continued with the distribution of questionnaires to customers who had visited several restaurants in the West Jakarta area. Then the results of the questionnaire were managed which concluded that familiarity and food quality had a significant influence on the intention to visit again. Location still has an influence on revisit intention but the influence is not significant.
