Abstract
Dessert adalah satu bagian dari hidangan utama yang biasanya disajikan setelah hidangan utama. Dengan adanya peminat resep makanan manis meningkat dan adanya pasar pada dessert tradisional berasal dari Eropa Barat mendorong penulis untuk menciptakan sebuah buku resep dessert untuk menyediakan resep dessert yang mudah dan dapat dibuat di rumah sekaligus bisa dijadikan sebagai ide usaha yang bisa memberikan keuntungan dengan biaya yang kecil. Pembuatan buku resep ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan dan pemilahan resep yang sesuai dengan kriteria rancangan buku resep dan uji coba resep ditambah dengan substitusi bahan pembuatan resep untuk memudahkan pembaca dalam pembuatan dessert yang akan dibuat. Setelah uji coba dengan hasil yang memuaskan, dilanjutkan dengan mendesain buku resep dan evaluasi dari masyarakat mengenai isi dan design buku resep, setelah evaluasi penulis dapat menghasilkan buku resep “Kudapan Manis Dari Benua Biru”. Dengan diselesaikannya rancangan buku resep ini, diselenggarakan seminar hasil dengan judul “Kudapan Manis Dari Benua Biru” bertujuan untuk memaparkan buku resep yang telah dihasilkan dan mendapatkan umpan balik dari para reviewer. Seminar hasil dilakukan secara onsite yang dihadiri oleh tiga reviewer, dimulai dengan pemaparan materi, dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya-jawab, dan melalui tanya-jawab tersebut didapatkan masukan dan umpan balik dari para reviewer yang bisa digunakan untuk menyempurakan rancangan buku resep baik dari teknik penulisan, bahasa, dan materi. / Dessert is a part of the main course that is usually served after the main course. With the increasing interest in sweet food recipes and the market for traditional desserts originating from Western Europe is present, this prompted the author to create a dessert recipe book to provide dessert recipes that are easy and can be made at home and can also be used as a business idea that can provide profits at a small cost. Making this recipe book begins with collecting and sorting recipes that match the design criteria of the recipe book and testing recipes plus substitution of ingredients for making recipes to make it easier for readers in making the dessert. After testing with satisfactory results, continuing with designing a recipe book and evaluation from the public regarding the content and design of the recipe book, after evaluation the author was able to produce a recipe book "Kudapan Manis Dari Benua Biru". With the completion of the design of this recipe book, a seminar was held with the title " Kudapan Manis Dari Benua Biru" aimed at explaining the recipe book that had been produced and getting feedback from reviewers. The seminar was conducted onsite and attended by three reviewers, starting with a presentation of the material, followed by a question and answer session, and through the question and answer, input and feedback was obtained from the reviewers which could be used to perfect the design of the recipe book, both in terms of writing techniques, language, and materials.
