Abstract

Restoran Dimsum Mosana merupakan restoran jenis layanan table service dimana tamu akan dilayani oleh para pelayanan pada saat datang, pemesanan, pengantaran makanan hingga pembayaran. Restoran Dimsum Mosana menyajukan dimsum steam dan juga fried dengan cita rasa khas lokal menggunakan bahan baku lokal terutama dari Papua. Keunikan yang dimiliki Restoran Dimsum Mosana ini yaitu menggunakan Conveyor Belt yang diatasnya akan dihidangkan Dimsum yang ukurannya lebih kecil. Restoran Dimsum memiliki A’La Carte Menu sebagai jenis menu utama.
