Abstract
Kacang tanah adalah salah satu komoditas yang digemari masyarakat di negara
Indonesia. Didukung dengan harganya yang terjangkau, kacang tanah adalah jenis
tanaman yang telah dibudidayakan sejak lama dan kacang tanah sendiri digunakan
untuk bahan pangan karena dapat dijadikan sumber energi bagi tubuh manusia. Namun,
banyak orang Indonesia yang tidak mengkonsumsi kacang tanah dikarenakan alergi,
selera, dan berbagai alasan lainnya. Banyak orang juga lebih memilih untuk
mengkonsumsi bahan makanan hewani seperti ayam, sapi, dan ikan. Ditambah dengan
seiring meningkatnya populasi Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun, hal ini dapat
memperparah efek pemanasan global yang berlangsung saat ini. Oleh karena itu,
penulis menyusun buku ini untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk mengonsumsi
kacang tanah yang lebih ramah lingkungan dan tidak kalah dalam segi kandungan
nutrisi dibanding produk hewani. Dalam buku ini kami telah menyusun 20 resep dari
berbagai jenis kacang mulai dari makanan pembuka, sup, makanan utama, dan
makanan penutup yang sehat, lezat, dan mudah dibuat bagi masyarakat.
Kata Kunci: Buku resep, kacang tanah, hidangan, Indonesia. / Peanut is one of the commodities that is a favorite in Indonesia. Supported with
its affordable price, peanut is a plant that had been cultivated since ancient times and
used to. However, many Indonesians do not consume beans and nuts for various
reasonswhether due to allergy, taste, and various other reasons. Others also prefer to
consume animal products such as chicken, beef, and fish. Added by the increasing
population of Indonesia year by year exacerbate the effect of global warming which is
happening to this day. Therefore, we write this book to increase societal demand to
consume the more environmentally friendly and equally nutritious beans and nuts. In
this book, we had compiled 20 recipes of various beans and nuts from appetizer, soup,
main course, and dessert that are healthy, delicious, and easy to make for society.
