Laporan seminar hasil merupakan laporan dari pelaksanaan seminar tentang pembuatan buku resep dengan judul “Variasi Olahan Kacang Tanah Khas Indonesia”. Tujuan dilaksanakannya seminar hasil adalah mendiseminasikan hasil rancangan buku resep, memaparkan hasil rancangan buku resep, mendapatkan umpan balik dari reviewer untuk penyempurnaan rancangan buku resep. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil seminar menghasilkan beberapa masukan dari reviewer mengenai hal yang harus diperbaiki. Simpulan rekomendasi reviewer yaitu menguatkan dalam latar belakang, memastikan metode yang digunakan, dan pengecekan kembali dalam penulisan. Kata Kunci : Buku resep, kacang tanah, hidangan, Indonesia. / The report on the results of the seminar is the result of making a recipe book with the title “Variation of Signature Indonesian Peanut Preparation”. The purpose of holding the results seminar is to disseminate the results of the recipe book design, present the results of the recipe book design,and get feedback from reviewers to improve the recipe book design. The method used is literature study. The results of the seminar resulted in several inputs from the reviewers regarding things that had to be improved.
