Abstract
Laporan seminar hasil merupakan hasil pemaparan dari pembuatan buku resep dengan judul “Rancangan Buku 15 Resep Masakan Nusantara Berbahan Dasar Ikan”. Pembuatan buku resep ini bertujuan untuk melestarikan resep – resep nusantara dan untuk memberikan informasi cara mengolah ikan yang baik dan benar dan untuk melestarikan resep – resep autentik yang ada di Indonesia melalui berbagai resep yang mudah dipahami. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan resep yang ada didalam buku resep, penulis sudah melakukan uji kelayakan terhadap beberapa panelis. Laporan ini dibuat untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai seminar hasil mulai dari masukan, kritik, saran, dan rekomendasi yang penulis dapat dari panelis seminar hasil. Laporan ini dibuat untuk mengolah informasi yang didapat dari panelis mengenai “Rancangan Buku 15 Resep Masakan Nusantara Berbahan Dasar Ikan”. Masukan yang penulis dapat dari panelis mencakup teknis penulisan, desain buku, dan melengkapi laporan yang sudah ada. Penulis akan mengolah hasil dari seminar hasil untuk menyempurnakan hasil buku resep, penulis juga akan memperhatikan hasil seminar hasil yaitu dari masukan, kritik, saran, dan rekomendasi disaat melakukan revisi. / The results seminar report is the result of the presentation of the production of a cookbook with the title " Rancangan Buku 15 Resep Masakan Nusantara Berbahan
Dasar Ikan ". The making of this cookbook aims to preserve archipelago recipes and to provide information on how to process fish properly and to preserve authentic recipes
in Indonesia through various recipes that are easy to understand. To determine the feasibility of the recipes in the cookbook, the author has conducted feasibility tests on
several panelists. This report was made to collect information about the results seminar starting from input, criticism, suggestions, and recommendations that the author got from the results seminar panelists. This report is made to process the information obtained from the panelists regarding the " Rancangan Buku 15 Resep Masakan Nusantara Berbahan Dasar Ikan ". The input that the author got from the panelists included technical writing, book design, and complementing existing reports. The author will process the results of the results seminar to improve the results of the
cookbook, the author will also pay attention to the results of the results seminar, namely from input, criticism, suggestions, and recommendations when making revisions.
