This research explains the government's legal protection efforts for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tangerang City during the pandemic. Using normative and empirical legal research approaches, this study analyzes concrete steps taken by the government to ensure protection, support and sustainable growth for MSMEs after the pandemic. The results show that the government has provided incentives, including final income tax and Productive Presidential Assistance, as well as making it easier to apply for people's business credit. Halal certification arrangements are also required for MSME products, even though it is a big burden for the state. The Tangerang City Government is actively providing guidance, training and business capital financing to support the sustainability of MSMEs during the pandemic. Apart from that, the banking sector also provides concessions, such as extending the term and a moratorium on credit payments. Overall, the facilities and support provided by the government and the banking sector have helped MSMEs overcome the economic impact caused by the pandemic.
