Abstract
Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pengenalan mengenai Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam layanan restoran, khususnya di konteks hotel bintang lima. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan, dengan fokus pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Manggala Tangerang. Melalui PkM ini, peserta, yang merupakan siswa SMK Manggala Tangerang, akan mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai SOP dalam konteks layanan restoran. Pelatihan akan melibatkan penyampaian materi, roleplay, dan penerapan langsung dalam situasi praktis. PkM ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam persiapan siswa SMK Manggala Tangerang untuk menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja di industri perhotelan, khususnya dalam bidang layanan restoran di hotelbintang lima.
Kata kunci: Standar Operasional Prosedur; Makanan dan Minuman; Pelayanan; Hotel Bintang Lima / This Community Service aims to provide training and introduction to Standard Operating Procedures in restaurant services, especially in the context of five- star hotels. This activity wasorganized by the Hospitality Management Study Program, Faculty of Tourism, Universitas Pelita Harapan, with a focus on students of SMK Manggala Tangerang . Through this community service, participants, the students of SMK Manggala Tangerang, will gain anin-depth understanding of Standard Operating Procedures in the context of restaurant services. The training will involve material delivery, roleplay, and direct application in practical situations. This community service is expected to make a positive contribution in thepreparation of SMK Manggala Tangerang students to face the challenges of the world of workin the hospitality industry, especially in the field of restaurant services in five-star hotels.
