Penelitian ini menganalisis variabilitas variabel dependen terkait dengan pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge sharing) dan kerjasama (cooperation) terhadap motivasi berprestasi pemain game online Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Temuan ini menantang asumsi bahwa tingkat berbagi informasi secara langsung terkait dengan tingkat motivasi berprestasi. Meskipun tidak terdapat hubungan linier langsung, penelitian menunjukkan perlunya menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang memoderasi atau memediasi kompleksitas hubungan ini, seperti relevansi, ketepatan waktu, dan aksesibilitas pengetahuan bersama. Di sisi lain, kerjasama memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Individu yang terlibat dalam upaya kolaboratif menunjukkan tingkat motivasi yang lebih tinggi untuk mencapai tujuan mereka. Hasil ini mendukung ide bahwa budaya tanggung jawab bersama dan saling mendukung dalam kerjasama dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi./This research analyzes the variability of the dependent variable related to the influence of knowledge sharing and cooperation on the achievement motivation of players in the online game Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang. Regression analysis results indicate that knowledge sharing does not have a statistically significant impact on achievement motivation. This finding challenges the assumption that the level of sharing information is directly related to the level of achievement motivation. Although there is no direct linear relationship, the study suggests the need to investigate moderating or mediating factors in this complex relationship, such as relevance, timeliness, and accessibility of shared knowledge. On the other hand, cooperation has a significant positive influence on achievement motivation. Individuals engaged in collaborative efforts show higher levels of motivation to achieve their goals. These results support the idea that a culture of shared responsibility and mutual support in cooperation can enhance achievement motivation.
