Abstract

Untuk mengikuti perkembangan era industri 4.0 dan juga kurikulum BKSTI 2022, dilakukan pengembangan modul praktikum terintegrasi. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan aplikasi inspeksi untuk garpu forklift menggunakan sensor warna TCS3200, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, dan lengan robot Dobot Magician menggunakan Arduino Mega. Dari hasil uji coba mandiri, aplikasi inspeksi mencapai persentase keberhasilan sebesar 85,5% sedangkan uji coba mahasiswa menunjukkan rata-rata persentase keberhasilan sebesar 85%. Setelah dievaluasi, dilakukan perubahan dan uji coba mandiri kedua dengan rata-rata persentase keberhasilan sebesar 97,3%. Modul praktikum terintegrasi mengalami penyesuaian dengan penambahan komponen dan stasiun kerja. Modul analisis ekonomi juga ditambahkan untuk menghitung biaya keseluruhan produksi, biaya variabel, biaya tetap, nilai MARR, NPV, IRR, dan BEP. / To keep up with the advancements in the era of Industry 4.0 and the BKSTI 2022 curriculum, the development of the integrated practicum modules was undertaken. The primary focus of this research is the design of an inspection application for forklift forks using the TCS3200 color sensor, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, and Dobot Magician robot arm controlled by Arduino Mega. From the results of independent testing, the inspection application achieved a success rate of 85.5%, while student testing showed an average success rate of 85%. After being evaluated, changes were made, and the second independent testing showed an average success rate of 97.3%. The integrated practicum module underwent adjustments through the addition of components and workstations. An economic analysis module was also added to calculate the overall production cost, including variable costs, fixed costs, MARR value, NPV, IRR, and BEP.
