Abstract
Saat ini Perusahaan Transportasi X merupakan yang merupakan salah satu pelopor dibidangnya telah semakin berkembang dengan aplikasi Transportasi Online X. Namun melalui persaingan kompetitor yang ketat di era perkembangan teknologi digital terdapat tantangan khusus yang dihadapi terkait fitur promo yang ditawarkan oleh mereka. Banyaknya keluhan bermunculan dari pengguna terkait kesulitan mereka baik dalam segi UI/UX maupun alur penggunaan. Hal ini mengakibatkan penggunaan promo yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah pemesanan dimana angka tersebut mencapai kurang dari 10% di setiap bulannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode User Centered Design (UCD) dengan fokus untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan kebutuhan pengguna terhadap keluhan dan kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam penggunaan fitur promo. Melalui analasis dengan metode UCD dapat dihasilkan prototype yang efektif dan efisien digunakan oleh pengguna. Dengan penilaian System Usability Scale sebesar 83 pengembangan prototype yang dilakukan telah memberikan hasil dengan rating yang sangat bagus sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan peningkatan signifikan terhadap penggunaan promo untuk kedepannya. / Currently, X Transportation Company, which is one of pioneers of its field has kept developing with their X Online Transportation Application. However, through intense competition with competitors throughout this era of digital technology the promo features offered by them are faced with challenges. Many complaints have emerged within users regarding their difficulties in both terms of UI/UX and usage flow. This results in the promo usage that are not proportional compared to with the total number of orders, where this figure is less than 10% monthly. Research was conducted using the approach of User Centered Design (UCD) method with focus on increasing user’s satisfaction and needs regarding the complaints and difficulties faced when using the promo features. Through analysis with UCD method, prototype with effective and efficient tendencies for users will be produced. With System Usability Scale assessment score of 83, the developed prototype carried out a very good rating results which hoped to provide a significant increase of promo usage in the future.
