Abstract

Masalah umum yang dihadapi kota-kota besar adalah kemacetan lalu lintas, dan sistem transportasi publik yang baik dapat menjadi salah satu solusi masalah kemacetan. Salah satu transportasi publik yang populer di kalangan masyarakat DKI Jakarta adalah MRT Jakarta, yang menawarkan pengalaman perjalanan yang cepat, nyaman, dan aman. Pihak MRT Jakarta juga telah meluncurkan aplikasi mobile MRT-J pada tahun 2019, dan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan harapan pengguna yang semakin tinggi, terdapat berbagai tantangan dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh pengguna aplikasi, dan potensi untuk meningkatkan antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna dari aplikasi MRT-J. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan design thinking untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna, merancang ulang antarmuka pengguna dan pengalaman pengguna, dan menggunakan metode SUS untuk mengukur usabilitas hasil redesain. Hasil dari redesain ini menciptakan kepuasan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih positif dan memudahkan penggunaan aplikasi MRT-J berdasarkan nilai hasil pengujian metode System Usability Scale (SUS) di angka 85 dengan penilaian 'Excellent'. / Traffic congestion is a common problem faced by major cities, and a good public transportation system can be one of the solutions to the problem. One of the popular forms of public transportation among the residents of DKI Jakarta is the Jakarta MRT (often referred to as MRT Jakarta), which offers a fast, comfortable, and safe travel experience. The MRT Jakarta has also launched the MRT-J mobile application in 2019, and with the development of technology and increasing user expectations, there are various challenges and issues faced by the application users, as well as the potential to enhance the user interface and user experience of the MRT-J application. This research will utilize a design thinking approach to analyze user needs, redesign the user interface and user experience, and employ the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to measure the usability of the redesign results. The outcome of this redesign will create a more positive user experience and facilitate the use of the MRT-J application, with a SUS score of 85, indicating an 'Excellent' rating.
