Abstract
Kepuasan pengguna merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting dalam menyediakan suatu layanan. Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, sangat penting bagi penyedia layanan untuk memahami tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan aplikasi yang mereka gunakan. Tujuan dibuatnya penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna pada dua aplikasi pemesanan tiket bioskop, yaitu TIX ID dan M.Tix, dengan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 177 orang pengguna TIX ID dan M.Tix. Kemudian data kuesioner diuji dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan bantuan software SPSS. Setelah data kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis tingkat kepuasan dengan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi TIX ID dan M.Tix berada pada kategori sangat puas
dengan kepuasan terhadap aplikasi TIX ID mendapatkan skor 84,92%. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi M.Tix yaitu 84,25%. / User satisfaction is one of the crucial factors in providing a service. In the face of
intense competition, it is essential for service providers to understand the level of user satisfaction with the applications they use. The purpose of this research is to
analyze the scores of user satisfaction levels for two movie ticket booking applications, which is TIX ID and M.Tix, using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 177 users of TIX ID and M.Tix The questionnaire data were then tested for validity and reliability using SPSS software. Once the questionnaire data were confirm valid and reliable, next step is to analyze the satisfaction levels using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The research findings indicate that user satisfaction with TIX ID and M.Tix application is in the “very satisfied” category in which satisfaction of TIX ID is at 84,92%. While satisfaction of M.Tix stands at 84,25%.
