Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah lanskap industri hiburan dan media melalui munculnya berbagai layanan streaming seperti Netflix dan Disney Plus. Dalam konteks ini, tingkat kepuasan pengguna menjadi faktor krusial dalam mempertahankan dan menarik perhatian pengguna baru bagi kedua platform tersebut. Dilatari pentingnya mengetahui seberapa besar kepuasan pengguna tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang memanfaatkan layanan Netflix dan Disney Plus, serta mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen yang perlu diperbaiki guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna pada keduanya. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan statistik deskriptif untuk membandingkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna, dengan fokus pada variabel E-Service Quality. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, nilai rerata tingkat kepuasan pengguna Netflix lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Disney Plus. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti variabel Responsiveness sebagai aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan pada kedua platform. Netflix, dengan nilai rerata keseluruhan variabel sebesar 4,32, dikategorikan sebagai sangat memuaskan, sedangkan Disney Plus, dengan nilai rerata keseluruhan variabel 4,16, dikategorikan sebagai memuaskan. Perbedaan nilai rerata ini mencerminkan bahwa pengguna cenderung lebih puas dengan layanan streaming Netflix daripada layanan Disney Plus. / The development of information technology has transformed the landscape of the entertainment and media industry through the emergence of various streaming services such as Netflix and Disney Plus. In this context, user satisfaction becomes a crucial factor in retaining and attracting the attention of new users for both platforms. Motivated by the importance of understanding the extent of user satisfaction, the aim of this research is to assess the level of user satisfaction utilizing the services of Netflix and Disney Plus, as well as identifying elements that need improvement to enhance user satisfaction for both. This research employs a descriptive statistical approach to compare the levels of user satisfaction, focusing on the E-Service Quality variable. The results show that overall, the average user satisfaction score for Netflix is higher than Disney Plus. The study also highlights Responsiveness as an aspect that needs improvement on both platforms. Netflix, with an overall average variable satisfaction score of 4.32, is categorized as highly satisfying, while Disney Plus, with an overall average variable satisfaction score of 4.16, is categorized as satisfying. This difference in average scores reflects that users tend to be more satisfied with Netflix's streaming service compared to Disney Plus.
