Abstract

Era digitalisasi telah mengubah cara kerja industri bisnis, dimana proses bisnis semakin lama semakin mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Tetapi diantara bisnis yang menggunakan teknologi untuk meningkatkan penjualan, masih terdapat bisnis konvensional yang melakukan proses bisnis khususnya pemasaran secara tradisional yang akan mengakibatkan bisnis konvensional susah untuk bersaing. Untuk meningkatkan digitalisasi pada bisnis konvensional, maka diperlukan penelitian mengenai analisis efektivitas implementasi pemasaran digital khususnya teknik Search Engine Optimization (SEO) dan media sosial pada bisnis konvensional Toko Nusantara Plastik. Dasar dari penelitian menggunakan metode Zero Moment of Truth untuk proses implementasi yang terstruktur, pelaksanaan implementasi dimulai dari analisis awal kemudian implementasi strategi SEO dan media sosial yang terbagi menjadi dua tahap, tahap pertama dilaksanakan selama 52 hari dan tahap kedua kampanye selama 30 hari. Setelah implementasi maka akan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan hasil implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pemasaran digital dengan teknik SEO dan media sosial dapat meningkatkan brand awareness dan tingkat penjualan dari bisnis konvensional. Jika ingin mendapatkan hasil yang lebih optimal dan efisien maka dapat menggunakaan pemasaran digital yang berbayar yang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan pemasran dengan lebih cepat. / Digitalization era has transformed the way business industries operate, business processes becoming increasingly influenced by technological advancements. However, among businesses that use technology to boost sales, there are still conventional businesses that rely on traditional marketing methods, making it challenging for them to compete with others. To enhance digitalization in conventional business, research is needed to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing implementation, particularly focusing on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and social media techniques in the case of Toko Nusantara Plastik. Research is based on the Zero Moment Of Truth method for structured implementation. The implementation process starts with initial analysis. The implementation of SEO and social media strategies were divided into two period, first was carried out for 52 days, the second was a campaign for one month and after the implementation, an analysis was conducted to obtain the results of the implementation. Result of the research indicates that the implementation of digital marketing with SEO and social media techniques can increase brand awareness and sales for conventional businesses. For more optimized and efficient result, paid digital marketing techniques are recommended to obtain better results.
