Abstract

Dalam rangka memenuhi persyaratan manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015, produk harus mempunyai kualitas sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen diharapkan untuk menetapkan quality objective, termasuk di dalamnya utilisasi dan efisiensi dengan target peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Salah satu langkah perbaikan yang diambil adalah fokus pada peningkatan produktivitas, terutama dalam pembuatan dus menggunakan mesin Auto Gluing JY 1100. Langkah ini melibatkan pengendalian terhadap hasil produksi operator setelah selesai shift dengan melakukan monitoring secara real time. Dengan memonitor hasil produksi secara langsung, staf dapat melakukan investigasi dengan segera ketika terjadi penurunan produktivitas dari operator. Tindakan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mencapai target produktifitas yang telah ditetapkan oleh manajemen. Konsep Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dapat dikembangkan untuk keperluan monitoring secara real time dalam pengambilan keputusan jika terjadi penurunan dari hasil utilisasi dan efisiensi pada mesin Auto Gluing JY 1100. Konsep OEE melibatkan pengukuran availability (utilisasi), performance (efisiensi) dan quality. Rancang bangun sistem monitoring real time OEE pada mesin Auto Gluing JY 1100, dilakukan dengan metode System Development Life Cycle(SDLC) melalui tahapan merancang simulasi mini conveyor yang dilengkapi dengan sensor untuk pengambilan data, kemudian data ditampilkan dalam dashboard. Perancangan monitoring mesin secara real time ini diperlukan 4 pcs mikrokontroler dan 4 pcs sensor untuk mendapatkan data counter, mesin menyala, mesin produksi, dan reject. Berdasarkan pengujian ini, perancangan sistem monitoring OEE mesin secara real time dapat berhasil menggunakan Raspberry Pi Pico W sebagai device mikrokontroler dengan sensor photoelectric dan trigger relay yang disimulasikan dengan mini conveyor sebagai pengganti mesin JY 1100. Pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan dengan mengembangkan sistem hosting pada server dan penambahan fitur notifikasi kondisi tidak normal. / In order to meet the quality management requirements of ISO 9001:2015, products must have quality in accordance with the standards set by the customer. Therefore, management is expected to set quality objectives, including utility and efficiency with an increase target every year. One of the improvement steps taken is to focus on increasing productivity, especially in making boxes using the JY 1100 Auto Gluing machine. This step involves controlling the operator's production results after the shift is finished by monitoring in real time. By monitoring production results directly, staff can immediately investigate when there is a decrease in operator productivity. This action is expected to help achieve the productivity targets set by management. The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) concept can be developed for real-time monitoring purposes in decision making if there is a decrease in utilization and efficiency results on the JY 1100 Auto Gluing machine. The OEE concept involves measuring availability (utility), performance (efficiency) and quality. The design of the real time OEE monitoring system on the JY 1100 Auto Gluing machine was carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method through the stages of designing a mini conveyor simulation equipped with sensors for data collection, then the data was displayed in a dashboard. This real time machine monitoring design requires 4 microcontrollers and 4 sensors to obtain counter data, machine start, production machine and reject. Based on this test, the design of a real time machine OEE monitoring system can be successful using the Raspberry Pi Pico W as a microcontroller device with a photoelectric sensor and relay trigger which is simulated with a mini conveyor as a replacement for the JY 1100 machine. Further research development can be carried out by developing a hosting system on a server and the addition of an abnormal condition notification feature.
