This internship report was prepared based on the results of internship activities at Januar Jahja & Partners for 4 months starting from 03 August 2023 to 03 December 2023. The author has received a lot of lessons and experiences which are direct practice of the theory that has been studied in the field of study. lecture on Intellectual Property Rights. The activities carried out during the internship provide many benefits, especially because the author has the opportunity to directly apply the knowledge and skills he has before entering the world of work. During the internship, the author had the opportunity to learn from three divisions of Intellectual Property Rights, namely trademark, patents and paralegal. Through these three divisions, the author learns how to register and renew trademark brand registration, including the standards for a trademark to be accepted for registration, certificates in patents, transfer of patent rights, systems for processing data, and of course honing the author's accuracy in working. Specifically, the author studies the trademark registration procedure, by submitting an application for trademark registration based on applicable laws and regulations and looking at the role of law firms in trademark registration. Not only about new things, the author has also overcome several obstacles in internship activities, such as having to adapt to a new environment and getting to know the types of work that exist. All the experiences gained make the author have sufficient experience in Intellectual Property Rights.
