Abstract
Kinerja Karyawan pada N-Squared Indonesia ini mengalami kinerja yang rendah diduga disebabkan oleh Motivasi, Komunikasi dan Work Life Balance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh motivasi, komunikasi dan work life balance secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada N-Squared Indonesia
Motivasi, komunikasi dan work life balance memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kinerja karyawan.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan SPSS. Jumlah populasi dan sampel adalah 34 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sensus sampling.
Penelitian ini juga lolos uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, linearitas dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Komunikasi dan Work Life Balance secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada N-Squared Indonesia dan besar pengaruh sebesar 69.2%.
Rekomendasi N-Squared Indonesia antara lain dengan rutin memberikan penghargaan baik dalam bentuk kompensasi langsung maupun tidak langsung, menambah alat komunikasi yang lebih lengkap sehingga karyawan terbantu dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya dan lebih efisiensi jika ingin berhubungan dengan divisi kerja lainnya dan work life balance dengan memberikan bonus atau upah lembur kepada karyawan yang melakukan lembur agar lebih semangat dan rajin dalam bekerja dan tidak merasa bahwa work life balance terganggu./ Employee performance at N-Squared Indonesia is experiencing low performance allegedly caused by motivation, communication and Work Life Balance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, communication and work life balance simultaneously on employee performance in N-Squared Indonesia
Motivation, communication and work life balance have an important role in shaping employee performance.
In this study, the authors used quantitative research design and SPSS. The total population and sample is 34 employees. The sampling technique used is census sampling.
This study also passed the test of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, linearity and multiple linear regression. The results of the hypothesis test showed that motivation, communication and Work Life Balance partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees at N-Squared Indonesia and the influence of 69.2%.
The recommendations of N-Squared Indonesia Raya include routinely giving awards in the form of direct and indirect compensation, adding more complete communication tools so that employees are helped in carrying out their duties and more efficiency if they want to connect with other work divisions and work life balance by providing bonuses or overtime pay to employees who work overtime so that they are more enthusiastic and diligent in working and do not feel that work life balance is disturbed.
