Currently, PT Duta Laserindo Metal is developing a mobile-based Disiplean application to help implement the 5S principles (Sort, Straighten Shine, Standardize, Sustain). The Audit Settings feature is currently unavailable to prepare the audit process. Therefore, there will be development on this feature. Additionally, there is no platform for analysis. So, company wants to develop a web-based application to monitor incoming data through the mobile application. In this internship, the development process follows the Scrum methodology using, Flutter framework with Dart programming language. Database managementis carried out using Google Firebase. Feature and application developed will be tested using Black Box Testing by the entire development team. The features and application developed by the intern are expected to help implement the 5S principles to optimize the company’s performance. The intern successfully developed the Audit Setting feature and the web- based Disiplean application to improve the previously developed mobile application. The success rate is determined by the testing results carried out by the entire development team using the Black Box Testing method. Based on the testing result, both the Audit Settings feature and the web-based Disiplean application have been successfully implemented and have been worked well./Saat ini PT Duta Laserindo Metal sedang mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi Disiplean berbasis mobile untuk membantu penerapan prinsip 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat dan Rajin). Saat ini fitur Pengaturan Audit belum tersedia untuk membantu persiapan proses audit. Sehingga, akan dilakukan pengembangan fitur tersebut. Selain itu platform analisis belum tersedia sehingga perusahaan ingin mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk memonitor setiap data yang masuk melalui aplikasi mobile. Dalam kegiatan magang ini, proses pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode Scrum dengan kerangka kerja Flutter yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Dart. Pengelolaan basis data dilakukan menggunakan Google Firebase. Fitur serta aplikasi yang telah dikembangkan, akan diuji menggunakan black box testing oleh seluruh tim pengembang. Fitur serta aplikasi yang dikembangkan oleh pemagang diharapkan dapat membantu penerapan prinsip 5R untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja perusahaan. Pemagang berhasil mengembangkan fitur Pengaturan Audit dan aplikasi Disiplean berbasis web, untuk menyempurnakan aplikasi mobile yang sebelumnya telah dikembangkan. Tingkat keberhasilan ditentukan dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan oleh seluruh tim pengembang, dengan metode black box testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, fitur Pengaturan Audit dan aplikasi Disiplean berbasis web berhasil diimplementasikan dan berjalan dengan baik.
