Abstract

The healthy food industry has considerable opportunities to develop in Indonesia. Vegetable lettuce is one ingredient that is widely consumed by the people of Indonesia. Vegetable lettuce that helps the process of making salads has become a healthy food trend in the United States, and other developing countries. Seeing this opportunity, Salad to Go saw an opportunity to produce healthy food in the form of salads for consumption by the people of Indonesia. The raw materials used by Salad to Go are lettuce and potatoes. Salad to Go wants Indonesian people to taste salads without feeling that healthy food has no taste or tasteless. At present Salad to Go is domiciled in Tangerang. Salad to Go has target consumers who are aged from 20 years to 25 years. The target market is for students and workers. This business was founded and managed by David Widodo and Janie Elise with the help of employees in their operations. In business development, Salad to Go will increase production in order to meet existing demand. In addition, Salad to Go also wants to expand by opening an offline store in the Tangerang area. The conclusion of this report is that based on financial projections, the Salad to Go business is feasible to run because the Salad to Go business can increase in the coming year. Industri makanan sehat memiliki kesempatan yang cukup besar untuk berkembang di Indonesia. Sayur selada merupakan salah satu bahan yang banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Sayur selada yang membantu proses untuk pembuatan salad sudah menjadi trend makanan sehat di negara Amerika, maupun negara-negara berkembang lainnya. Melihat kesempatan ini, Salad to Go melihat adanya peluang untuk memproduksi makanan sehat berupa salad untuk dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Bahan baku yang digunakan oleh Salad to Go adalah sayur selada dan kentang. Salad to Go ingin masyarakat Indonesia bisa mencicipi salad tanpa merasa kalau makanan sehat itu tidak ada rasa atau hambar. Untuk saat ini Salad to Go berdomisili di Tangerang. Salad to Go memiliki target konsumen yang berusia dari umur 20 tahun sampai dengan 25 tahun. Pasar yang dituju adalah kalangan mahasiswa dan pekerja. Bisnis ini didirikan dan dikelola oleh David Widodo dan Janie Elise dengan bantuan karyawan dalam operasionalnya. Dalam pengembangan usaha, Salad to Go akan melakukan peningkatan produksi agar dapat memenuhi permintaan yang ada. Selain itu, Salad to Go juga ingin melakukan ekspansi dengan cara membuka offline store di wilayah Tangerang. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini bahwa berdasarkan proyeksi keuangan, bisnis Salad to Go layak untuk dijalankan karena bisnis Salad to Go bisa mengalami peningkatan pada tahun mendatang.
