Abstract
Learning motivation is important for students, parents, and schools. The results of
surveys and research conducted on XYY High School students in Tangerang
showed that there were problems with student learning motivation. Several factors
that are directly related to learning motivation are teacher servant leadership,
school culture, and learning innovation. This research aims to examine the
influence of teacher servant leadership, school culture, and learning innovation on
student learning motivation. The research subjects were 68 XYZ High School
students. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and data was
processed using SmartPLS 3. The research design used was path analysis and a
quantitative approach. The results obtained from data processing are as follows: 1)
Teacher servant leadership has a positive influence on student learning
motivation. 2) There is not enough evidence to show that school culture has a
positive influence on student learning motivation. 3) Learning innovation has a
positive influence on student learning motivation. / Motivasi belajar merupakan hal yang penting siswa, orangtua maupun
sekolah. Hasil survei dan penelitian yang dilakukan kepada siswa SMA XYY di
Tangerang menunjukkan adanya masalah pada motivasi belajar siswa. Beberapa
faktor yang berkaitan langsung dengan motivasi belajar adalah servant leadership
guru, budaya sekolah dan inovasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menguji pengaruh servant leadership guru, budaya sekolah dan inovasi
pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Adapun subjek penelitiannya
adalah 68 siswa SMA XYZ. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan
kuesioner dan data diolah dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Desain penelitian
yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil yang
diperoleh dari pengolahan data adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Servant leadership guru
memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. 2) Tidak cukup bukti
untuk menunjukkan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap
motivasi belajar siswa. 3) Inovasi pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh positif
terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
