Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) adalah sistem pengelolaan informasi menyeluruh yang meliputi sistem pelayanan administrasi bersifat umum, rekam medik dan keperawatan, sistem kepegawaian, serta sistem akutansi dan keuangan rumah sakit. Pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit (RS) dapat tergolong baik apabila terdapat akurasi dan kecepatan produktifitas kerja, ketersinambungan, data yang aman dan efisien untuk visi misi SIMRS berkualitas. Besaran RS dengan SI di Benua Eropa adalah 81,1%, di Asia Tenggara sendiri sebesar 23% dari total RS yang ada (WHO, 2019). Di Indonesia sebesar 14,23 % dari 2.813 RS yang telah memiliki SI dengan kategori berkualitas dan baik. RS Puri Medika adalah bagian dari 14,23 RS di Indonesia yang telah menerapkan SIMRS. Penggunaan SIMRS di RS Puri Medika belum optimal karena terkendala teknis diantaranya sukarnya akses, data yang belum tersinkronisasi dengan sistem manual, SIMRS kurang maintenance sehingga sering tidak respon dengan permintaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Determinan Penerapan Sitim Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) di RSU Puri Medika. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan 136 sampel pengguna SIMRS RS Puri Medika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa determinan yang berpengaruh di SIMRS Puri Medika adalah kualitas informasi, pengembangan sistem, kepuasan pengguna, manfaat sistem, kualitas layanan, kualitas sistem, struktur organisasi, lingkungan, dan pengguna sistem. / Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) is a comprehensive information management system that includes general administrative service systems, medical and nursing record systems, personnel systems, as well as hospital accounting and financial systems. Healthcare services in hospitals can be considered good when there is accuracy and productivity, continuity, secure and efficient data for the quality mission of HIMS. The percentage of hospitals with HIMS in Europe is 81.1%, in Southeast Asia it is 23% of the total number of hospitals (WHO, 2019). In Indonesia, it is 14.23% of the 2,813 hospitals that have HIMS with a quality and good category. Puri Medika Hospital is part of the 14.23% of hospitals in Indonesia that have implemented HIMS. The use of HIMS at Puri Medika Hospital is not yet optimal due to technical challenges including difficult access, data that is not synchronized with the manual system, and insufficient maintenance of HIMS, leading to frequent unresponsiveness to requests. This research aims to determine the determinants of the implementation of Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) at Puri Medika Hospital. This study is a quantitative research with 136 samples of HIMS users at Puri Medika Hospital. The research results indicate that the determinants influencing HIMS at Puri Medika Hospital are information quality, system development, user satisfaction, system benefits, service quality, system quality, organizational structure, environment, and user adoption.
